Your mission
What you’ll do
- A project that is yours to shape: From day one, you are actively involved in the revamp of our Girona office. You coordinate tasks, align with service providers and keep timelines on track.
- Two offices, one point of contact: You coordinate the day-to-day operations of our Girona and Madrid offices - handling employee requests, managing vendors and keeping facilities running. You are the person people turn to when something needs sorting.
- HR support that people can count on: You handle employee questions and take care of HR documentation.
- Payroll that stays on track: You maintain the monthly overview of relevant changes - salary updates, leave, and similar events.
- Data quality as a craft: You keep employee records in Personio clean, accurate and well-structured - because good decisions start with data you can trust.
- Bringing people together: You help organise team-building activities, internal events and offsite logistics for both locations - making sure the moments that matter actually come together.
- Global ideas, local impact: You support the rollout of People & Culture initiatives on the ground - from welcome packs and recognition moments to perks and swag - working closely with local managers and HR to make them land well.
What you’ll bring
The right kind of background: You have recently completed a degree or vocational qualification in office management, business administration, HR, operations or a related field. This role is set up as a contrato para la obtención de práctica profesional in Spain, so this is a requirement tied to the contract type.
An interest in where this could take you: Whether it is office management, workplace experience or people operations - you are genuinely curious about one of these areas and want to build real skills, not just tick boxes.
Organisation and follow-through: You keep track of several things at once, follow up without being reminded and flag things early when something is unclear. Details matter to you - and it shows.
Confidence with people: You are comfortable reaching out to colleagues, managers or external providers. You ask when you need something and communicate clearly when things change.
Discretion as a given: You handle sensitive and employee-related information with care. That is not something you have to be reminded of.
Fluent in English and Spanish - both are needed to do this job well. Catalan is a plus.
A proactive mindset: You do not wait to be told what to do next. You ask questions, spot things that could be improved and bring your own ideas to the table.
