Your mission
As a Founder's Associate Intern, you provide strategic and operational support to our Chief of Staff and the CEO Office and help the company's most important initiatives move forward fast. You work on topics that shape the company, from board preparation to pricing and go-to-market, in daily exchange with stakeholders across the company and with direct access to the CEO and the leadership team. The Chief of Staff coaches you day to day. This is a hands-on, full-time internship, not a research-only role.
We are a growth-stage company, backed by Bain Capital, HV Capital and HTGF, and we are scaling fast across Europe. To keep that pace, we are looking for people who think in solutions, communicate with clarity and follow through, and we offer you the pace, feedback and responsibility to match.
